Reporting Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in [Your Location], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a proper counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA claim. If the original claimant does not file a court action against you within 10 business days, we will restore the material to our website.
